  Airdrie United U19s take on Dundee U19s in the 4th round of the Scottish Youth Cup on Sunday afternoon. Having come through previous rounds thanks to victories over Kilmarnock, Clyde and Inverness Caley they go into Sundays game looking to put in a performance that would see them qualify for the quarter finals. The match will be played at Excelsior Stadium, ko 1pm and coach Jimmy Boyle has stated playing at the stadium has been great for us and it would be nice to see a few fans cheering us on against Dundee.
Going into Sundays game Airdrie will be without top goal scorer Ryan Donnelly and Jimmy Boyle stated that his absence will be a miss to the team but with players like Scott Sally and Aidan Malone he is confident that goals will be scored. He added that Dundee will be tough opposition with full time players in there ranks. The 19s form has been up and down in the league but their cup performances have brought out the best in them.
