DISABLED SUPPORTERS POLICY

The Club is committed to ensuring that its Disabled Clients have as full access as is reasonably possible to all goods, services, and facilities provided or offered to the public by the Club.

The Club will operate a concessionary ticket policy for disabled supporters where applicable and will ensure as far as possible to ensure that discrimination does not occur.

Our Stadium is of a standard that the facilities provided, take account of as many types of disabilities as possible and staff are always available either at the Stadium, or through the Club to assist in any way possible.

If any person feels that some of the facilities may require adjustment then they are advised to make contact as detailed below and the Club is committed to considering these queries and making any necessary reasonable adjustments described by the Disability Discrimination Act & its relevant Codes of Practice and to ensure full compliance with the legislation.

The Club has a grievance procedure in place & guarantees to its disabled supporters and customers that any complaints of discrimination will be dealt with quickly under that procedure. The Club had advised its staff that any incident of discrimination under the provisions of the Act is a serious matter and will be dealt with under the Clubs Disciplinary Procedures.

Season Ticket Holders will have been made aware of the policy when purchasing the tickets but if there are any queries then these should be directed through the contact as detailed below.

On a game by game basis, Wheel Chair users should contact the Club in advance to discuss & arrange tickets requirements & prices. Collection will also be arranged at that time. Directions will also be given as to access for both Home & Away Fans.

Disabled fans out with Wheel Chair users can use the concession turnstiles as indicated and if there are any arise where staff can be of help. The contact area on Match Days will be within the Club Shop which is adjacent to the Main Door of the Stadium... The Shop can be accessed by Wheel Chair users. Once inside the Stadium, all Stewards, who are clearly identified, will be happy to assist in any way they can.
